Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.  We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.  We will not process your payment until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.  You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

How to place an order

Browse through our on-line store, select the item you wish to purchase. Select the delivery method then Click on the “add to cart” option. This places the item into a virtual shopping cart. 

When you are ready to process the order click on the “Checkout” button and follow the instructions.

You will be asked to review your order and enter your personal and payment details.

We use a 128 bit secure server to collect your details.  All records collected are in compliance to Data Protection Act 1998

You will receive an email to confirm your order.


Delivery

The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum.


We aim to despatch goods in stock within 3 working days, and deliver to you within 28 working days.


Occasionally items are not immediately available and we will notify you prior to processing your order - we will then despatch your goods as soon as the items are in stock, usually within 5 - 7 working days.

UK Mainland Small Jiffy Bag/Low Cost Delivery £3.95

UK Mainland Standard Delivery up to 2kg  £7.95

2 kg - 20 kg UK Mainland Delivery £10.95 (next working day)

Large Items can be delivered within a 25 mile radius of Goole for £25

Items can be purchased online to be picked up from our shop in Goole.

Cancellation and returns

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason, however, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense.  You must ensure that the products are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If the goods are returned damaged, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms and conditions apply to future orders.

Discount.

10% discount applies when orders are over £150 per transaction per visit to our on-line store.

This is a limited discount and can be withdrawn at any time.
